How we work

We work with owners and management teams on the issues that matter most to their business, and we stay involved until the results are there.

1. Understand the whole picture

We start by looking at the company as a whole: costs, processes, organization and management. A problem in one plant or department often has its cause somewhere else.

2. Agree a clear plan

Before work starts, we agree goals, measures and a timeline with the owners and management, so everyone knows what success looks like.

3. Work on site, with the client's people

We implement change where the work is done, on the shop floor and in the offices, together with the client's own teams rather than from a distance.

4. Stay until it delivers

We stay involved until the plan delivers measurable results. When a key position is open or a situation needs quick action, we step in as interim managers.

5. Make improvements last

We build up the knowledge and routines of the client's own team, so that improvements continue after our work is done.

Responsibility and sustainability

We see efficiency and sustainability as part of the same goal. Less scrap, rework and waste means lower costs and less use of materials and energy.

When we restructure an organization or relocate production, we plan with the people affected in mind: clear communication, involvement of the client's own employees and a stable setup that lasts.

Many of our clients supply international OEMs that increasingly expect suppliers to meet ESG and sustainability requirements. We take these requirements into account when we redesign processes and organizations.

Where we work

We work with clients in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany, mainly in manufacturing (automotive, plastics and consumer goods) and also in other sectors such as real estate.
