Ladislav Lutz Hrotko

Founder and CEO

I have worked in manufacturing for more than 30 years. In that time I founded companies, started up and relocated production, and turned around loss-making plants, improving EBIT by double-digit percentages.

I founded OMCE to bring this experience to other manufacturers.

Track record

• More than 30 years in charge of manufacturing companies

• Managed a group of 8 companies in 6 countries on 3 continents

• Moved a complete plant with no production downtime

• Built independent sales, purchasing, logistics and R&D departments at a plant, with 85% of development done in-house
